Many sales managers think they can save poor performing sales reps. They invest time and energy and usually end up frustrated and over worked. If a sales rep can’t show marked improvement in 30 days then you need to consider more drastic measures.

When hiring be systematic and proceed with caution. The better defined and consistent the process, the better your hiring decisions.
